My husband, Brian Blanchard and I have been owners of the Hop-n-Shop Deli in Plaquemine since 2012, though some kind of eatery has been in the Blanchard family since the 1960's. Presently, we serve breakfast from 4-11 am, Monday through Saturday. We frequently cater to schools and businesses, especially for trainings and such. We'd love to meet more WBR Chamber business owners and learn from your experiences, and of course to serve breakfast to all WBR residents and employees!
