About Us
Mind Shift Sports is founded under the principle of “decompression”. People (big and small) need time to laugh and socialize with people who have similar interests. The thought is that people who prefer competition and workouts will come together after work or school to experience the joy of working out with people that have common life styles and goals. We train kids ages 9-15 years old (grades 3rd-10th) on the fundamentals of flag football. These athletes compete in NFL Flag sanctioned events across the US.
