About Us
Kodi Brown, M.Ed., Ed.S., is a Behavior Coach and Parent
Educator and the founder of Transformative Life Coaching, LLC.
With over 12 years of experience as a former educator and school
counselor, she has supported children and families navigating
behavior challenges, emotional regulation, and family conflict.
As a parent raising a neurodivergent child herself, Kodi brings
both professional expertise and lived experience to her work with
families.
Through her R3 Model: Regulate • Relate • Redirect, she helps
parents reduce power struggles, strengthen connection with their
child, and build calm, structured homes
